Booking & payment data
For bookings we process your name, contact details, tour date and payment information to fulfil the contract and meet our statutory retention obligations (7 years under § 132 BAO). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR).
Google Maps
The map on our contact page is only loaded after you actively click "Load Google Map". Only then is a connection to Google Ireland Ltd. established and your IP address transmitted. Google may process this data in the USA. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), which you can revoke by reloading the page.
External booking platforms & social media
Our website links to external services (GetYourGuide, Viator, Instagram, TikTok, Google). When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. No data is transmitted to these providers merely by visiting our website.
